In this Watercolour Painting Holiday you will spend an inspiring watercolor painting holiday in Usseaux, a medieval village located in the Italian Alps, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The course in Italian lasts 4 days from Saturday to Tuesday.
This course will be done in my studio at Usseaux and also en plein air.
The duration of both courses is 20 hours
Outsite the course you will have time to participate in excursions, or continue painting peacefully surrounded by the wonderful mountains of Usseaux.

The course
This course is dedicated to watercolour.
The lessons will be totally focused on teaching with demonstrations provided at every stage, helping students to clearly learn each technique first hand. A step-by-step guide will help you increase your confidence, while still encouraging you to develop your own style.
You will learn the watercolor technique starting from the sketch with small and single-subject paintings. Slowly incorporate previous skills into new paintings. You will learn composition, color management, tonal values, and perspective for the creation of your own artworks where you can tell a story through painting.

Outside the Course:
You will also have the opportunity to visit fantastic places in the area, such as the Colle delle Finestre or the Assietta road that divides the Chisone Valley from the Susa Valley and from where you can observe both valleys. You can also visit the Fenestrelle Fort
You can simply draw inside or outside in the streets of the village
The village
Usseaux is an ancient village at 1400 m altitude, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy located in the Alps. The village is full of murals to admire, made in the stone walls of the ancient houses. For more information:
