**Cancellation Policy for Painting retreats and workshops**

We are delighted that you have chosen to participate in our painting stays. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival**: You can cancel your reservation with 50% amount penalty. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date. Invoice stamps and bank expenses will be deducted if it is the case.

2. **Cancellations from 90 to 60 days before arrival**: In case of cancellation within this time frame, the amount paid will not be refunded but can be fully exchanged only with online courses.

3. **Cancellations with less than 60 days notice**: If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before arrival, 50% of the amount  can be fully exchanged only with online courses

4. **Booking changes**: Booking change requests can be made up to 60 days before arrival.

5. **Force majeure**: In the event of unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, health emergencies of the person participating or other extraordinary circumstances, it will be possible to discuss the options for cancellation or modification of the reservation.
