Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy for Painting retreats and workshops**
We are delighted that you have chosen to participate in our painting stays. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. **Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival**: You can cancel your reservation without any penalty. The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date. Invoice stamps will be deducted.
2. **Cancellations from 60 to 20 days before arrival**: In case of cancellation within this time frame, the amount paid will not be refunded but can be fully exchanged for another service.
3. **Cancellations with less than 20 days notice**: If the cancellation occurs less than 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount can be fully exchanged for another service.
4. **Booking changes**: Booking change requests (change of dates or type of stay) can be made up to 20 days before arrival, subject to availability. No penalty will be applied for changes during this period.
5. **Force majeure**: In the event of unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, health emergencies of the person participating or other extraordinary circumstances, it will be possible to discuss the options for cancellation or modification of the reservation.
